Security Awareness - Implementing an Effective Strategy - If you have non-technical people within your organization that require background on threats to information security as well as basic concepts for combating those threats, this article will serve the purpose well.  Author, Chelsa Russell, clearly describes the nature and sources of the problem and overall approaches for dealing with it.
 
Incident Reporting Guidelines - Written in the familiar format of a FAQ, this paper from the CERT Coordination Center lays out all the hows, whys, and wherefores of properly reporting security-related incidents.  This is one you may want to bookmark.
